The Program Management Ld Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals. Engaged in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, business as usual (BAU) auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues. Assesses for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity.
  • Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement.
  • Make decisions and recommendations based on analytics.
  • Identify and manage issues to resolution.
  • Assist with monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoice processing to ensure proper vendor execution.
  • Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry experience.
  • Requires attention to detail, advanced project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.
  • Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.
  • Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

The VP, Advertising Manager sits within the Customer Voice and Experiences team within Citi’s U.S. Retail & Cards Marketing organization. This individual will play a key role in helping the Advertising team develop and execute best-in-class upper and mid funnel advertising creative with a focus on retail wealth products and prospect/customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

·Partner with key stakeholders across the US Marketing team and within the lines of business to understand their priorities, and the marketing and advertising needs necessary to meeting those objectives

·Develop and execute strategies for advertising initiatives including insights and research, brief development, naming, positioning, campaign development, creative execution, user experience and customer journey mapping, media partner trafficking, optimization and results reporting

·Work with agency partners and outside vendors, providing direction that is clear and concise to develop advertising; Proactively solve issues to ensure consistent breakthrough, relevant, consumer-centric creative; apply diversity principles to ensure advertising is representative of the customers we serve

·Work with internal teams across the organization to ensure advertising is consistently pulled through the line

·Conduct qualitative and quantitative research including consumer sentiment research, positioning strategy and communications/advertising development

·Be a go-to expert on Citi brand guidelines and the application of those guidelines to all advertising

·Manage legal and compliance approvals and ensure that the advertising meets all risk and controls. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting any control issues

·Diligently communicate and manage timelines and deadlines

·Track and process agency and production invoices

·Develop presentations and reports for senior management on key marketing programs

·Keep abreast of the latest consumer, industry, and competitive trends

·Support other partners across the team and marketing organization as needed

·Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.


Qualifications:

·Minimum 7 years of experience in a creative, strategy or advertising role at an agency or marketer

·Experience in brand strategy, positioning development, copy and messaging development

·Strong understanding of full funnel marketing dynamics and integrated advertising, with experience across multiple media channels

·Proven track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

·Effective & collaborative team player with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·Organized, thoughtful, analytical, and detail-oriented

·Strong communications (written, verbal and interpersonal) skills, including tact and diplomacy
