Citi’s Graduate Recruitment & Program Management Team is seeking an VP Program Manager to develop top talent for Citi’s Technology Analyst Programs.

The VP Program Manager will manage a team and partner closely with senior stakeholders, HR Advisors and HR Specialist Functions to develop and deliver best in class Analyst and Associate Program strategy and HR Advisory services for early career program participants, including training, performance reviews, compensation, promotion, legal, employee relations, immigration, and mobility.


  • Manage team of Program Managers to execute programmatic process, including but not limited to placements, performance management, training and development, and onboarding.
  • Design and implement initiatives aimed developing and retaining junior talent
  • Review and enhance the global program structure and strategy on an on-going basis
  • Work directly with business sponsors and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class program
  • Actively engage with managers throughout the talent cycle to impart best practices for managing and developing junior talent
  • Maintain and run data analytics to measure attrition, retention, diversity initiatives, best practices, and performance management
  • Partner closely with Learning & Development, Early Career Learning teams, and business partners to design and implement Full Time training programs and continuous learning opportunities at the Analyst level.
  • Partner with Program Management counterparts in LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Oversee mobility with Technology Analysts within the NAM region
  • Oversee and manage global program data
  • Manage Analysts’ year-end processes, including ratings calibrations, review conversations, and incentive compensation decisions
  • Continuous involvement in ongoing headcount planning and forecasting
  • Partner with HR Advisors, HR Generalists, Employee Relations and Legal teams to evaluate and resolve employee relations issues
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters, and utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to resolve
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


• The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 5+ years of relevant experience

• Management experience is preferred

• Demonstrate leadership skills, written and oral communication skills, strong work ethic and initiative

• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels of management, including engaging with senior leaders.

• Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Human Resources, program design, and management

• Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment

•Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
