Citi’s Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) division is a leading provider of integrated treasury and trade solutions for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and the public sector around the world. TTS platforms service 95 countries and generate $7B in revenue each year.

TTS’ digital banking products provide clients with essential treasury services. The Digital Channels Market Manager will be responsible for commercializing Citi’s entire suite of connectivity products, including CitiDirect, our flagship online banking portal, and CitiConnect, our suite of automated products (API, SWIFT, host-to-host). She/he will also be responsible for growing client adoption, leading client events and driving the strategy of Digital Channels. The ideal candidate will have strong people and marketing skills, as well as knowledge for transaction banking and connectivity solutions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Marketing to plan client events and communications

  • Work with product partners to create marketing materials for Sales & clients

  • Drive and enhance capabilities with technology from Client feedback.

  • Support Relationship and Sales teams to win new business

  • Collaborate with cross product teams to define to build and support the end to end solution.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 6+ years experience in product development, product management and technology with strong customer empathy

  • Excellent verbal, digital, and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills.

  • Team player with ability to evidence leadership and build consensus while working within a matrix organization

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively solicit input and involves others in decisions and plans that affect them.

  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

  • Capacity to proactively anticipate, identify and resolve problems

  • Strategy oriented with ability to multi-task

  • Appetite for challenging assignments
