Senior Vice President (C14)

Financial services continues to be one of the most fast-paced and exciting spaces today. Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions (“TTS”) seeks dynamic professionals to build a more digital future for our unique and market-leading global network.  Led by the Global Head of Partnerships and Innovation, the P&I team manages investments, partnerships, innovation and digital assets-specific efforts across the TTS franchise.  TTS generates nearly $10 billion in revenue annually across its Payments & Receivables, Liquidity Management Services, Commercial Cards and Trade & Working Capital segments and contributes approximately $650 billion in deposits to Citi.

Emerging technologies create new opportunities for us to serve our clients, Treasury and Trade Solutions invests in innovation to bring new solutions to life.  


  • Support the TTS innovation agenda as a direct report of the TTS Head of Innovation

  • Accelerate core business innovation across Payments and Receivables, Liquidity Management, Commercial Cards, Trade and Digital product segments within TTS

  • Help establish new business growth vectors and work with broader TTS organization to cooperatively deliver client-ready, scalable solutions

  • Work with stakeholders across the TTS organization to implement new, agile ways of working

  • Integrate a framework for evaluating, creating and delivering new capabilities and products to market

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Citi and relevant external partners

  • Present progress and outcomes to senior members of the P&I and TTS organization, including executive leadership


  • Undergraduate degree and 7+ years of experience in financial services, strategy, business development or similar; fintech experience and advanced degree preferred but not required

  • Experience in business transformation and driving change in well-established businesses

  • Highly developed communication, networking and consensus-building skills

  • Understanding of market competitive dynamics, industry and technological trends

  • Efficient, organized and highly motivated and ability to work under pressure

  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with internal and external stakeholders locally and across geographies
