Group Description:

The TTS Marketing group is responsible for marketing and communications across all client sectors, products, and strategic initiatives of TTS. The group supports all TTS teams and is responsible for marketing/communications strategy, event/communication execution, client training, and internal and external communications. Product marketing plays an important role in creating assets, content and client engagement for the product’s go-to-market strategy as well as leveraging key data and insights.

Role Description:

Supporting two of our main product lines, cards and cash, the product marketing manager will promote the products’ key features and value proposition to clients and internal audiences. This will include multi-channel campaigns and events.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As a key member of the TTS product marketing team, this role will support the global marketing managers in commercialization and marketing efforts for cards and cash products. The role is global and requires close collaboration and understanding of regional requirements in order to develop an inclusive strategy.

This role works with product management to create marketing messaging and sales materials by developing, executing, digitizing, and tracking campaigns for specific geographies or cross-sell opportunities. This role will be key to contributing to the development of our product launches, for both B2B and B2B2C, and commercialization plans to promote our solutions to both internal partners and clients. The role will be responsible for executing virtual events, developing the product value proposition and messaging, and creating marketing collateral such as thought leadership, videos, communications, and social media content. This role will be responsible to seek insights from client data, digitize information from product management to create appropriate campaigns, and aid in developing a cohesive product messaging.

A successful candidate should be able to think outside the box, think creatively and navigate large, complex organizations.

The role will be responsible for helping to execute large conferences when business travel returns. These conferences are an important component to our revenue-generating strategy.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams, interact with senior leadership, and project manage partners
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Understanding of core marketing functions and governance
  • Knowledge of social media platforms
  • Understanding of product marketing
  • Attention to detail and creative positioning skills
