TTS Business Intelligence and Content Coordinator-AVP
Overall objective of the position is to create, manage and transform Proposals business data into insights that drive business value as part of the TTS Proposals team reporting to the NAM Proposals Head (Valerie Burns) with matrix to the Global Marketing, Proposals and Digital Client Advisory Head (Michael Guralnick). The role will provide a deep learning experience in Global Proposals Management including strategy, analysis and execution and work within a diverse global functional and multiregional team. The individual will have responsibilities across a number of critical ongoing strategic and ad hoc initiatives, working with all regions (ASIA, EMEA, LATAM and NAM). The ongoing responsibilities and the projects are across a wide variety of relevant initiatives across Business intelligence Platforms which will provide the candidate a broad and deep insight into Treasury and Trade Services and specifically proposals management and analysis.
The ownership and leadership of the individual in driving key initiatives will play an important part of this role and the individual will work on key processes that support our TTS Global Proposals strategy.
This is a role with considerable exposure to senior management, with the individual expected to coordinate, support and lead projects, with various members of the Proposals Team, as well as working across TTS functions (Marketing, Finance, Product, Technology, etc.). Ample opportunity exists in this role for establishing a network across all regions, as well as with other Global offices.

Develop customized proposals for new and existing clients in response to Requests for Proposal, Requests for Information and Security/Due Diligence Questionnaires
Conduct a thorough analysis of the proposal to understand scope and technical requirements
Working on Qvidian Tool to create high quality RFP responses
Develop creative powerful content fueled by RFP automation
Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes and strategies with automation solutions and reduce Manual Touch Points in current Business as usual
Participate in developing client-specific solutioning
Partner with Product and Sales Teams to complete the response and then capture new language to use as a base moving forward
Partner with Analytics Team for creating and maintaining Global Proposals Dashboard and governing the data quality in the proposals data feed injected into the proposal’s dashboard.
Manage the project, including scheduling and leading kick-off meetings to discuss response strategy, drafting, editing, and polishing response documents to illustrate win themes, sector experience and unique client requirements
Coordinate with internal groups (including Legal, Compliance, etc.) as necessary to complete proposal and adhere to all the guidelines.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert within the Proposal Team, developing deep product knowledge while creating a network of contacts across the organization
Create annual or semi-annual review cycles with the identified Product Manager and the Proposal Database Manager to ensure all base content remains accurate
Ensure quality and completeness throughout the process

TECHNICAL SKILLS: (What specific skills does the individual need and at what level, e.g. specific IT/spreadsheet/analytical/modelling skills)
Bachelor’s Degree in English, IT, General Business or Communication
Over 2 years hands on experience in using Proposal Management Automation Software – Qvidian
Over 1-year professional experience in using Business Intelligence Tools such as Tableau and MicroStrategy.
Competent user of Microsoft Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel to advanced level
Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Banking experience and knowledge of TTS organization and products a plus
