Responsibilities
The Treasury Liquidity Transformation Solutions Data Group Manager will be responsible for program managing Liquidity Transformation Initiatives that support improved liquidity monitoring and reporting, in addition in conformance with Citi’s overall data strategy. This role requires a background in data management combined with a disciplined, process-oriented approach to delivery, the ability to function in a dynamic and fluid environment, strong attention to detail and a willingness to drive multiple efforts simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery and governance of data quality improvement work streams for liquidity monitoring and reporting within the Citi Treasury organization.
- Facilitate councils, committee and working group forums in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to get agreement on prioritization, provide visibility on progress, escalation any issues and tracking deliverables through remediation.
- Play a critical role in supporting the evolution of the data program capabilities, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program scope definition meets business objectives, and identify efficiency opportunities by looking across projects for areas of commonality
- Support the development, and implementation of Treasury data management processes that are in alignment with Data Domain based management principles, adhere to global Finance transformation standards and other Citi policies
- Direct the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, escalating any issues associated with the programs
- Direct analysis of efforts to define requirements, assess data quality, synthesize findings, produce recommendations, and document project artifacts
- Liaise with challenge functions in compliance and internal audit
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in program and project management within Banking organization
- Strong and demonstrated execution skills with a proven track record of operating transformation environment including process and technology change management
- Self-starter, strong attention to detail and willingness to, “roll up sleeves” to master the liquidity subject matter at a detailed business level to enhance value add during business requirements discussions
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations.
- Ability to drive multiple programs simultaneously and plan / prioritize appropriately.
- Ability to provide oversight of milestones and input to ensure consistent and timely delivery
- Ability to drive change through creative thinking and pragmatism
- Communications skills including strong written and verbal executive-level communications skills, including the ability to quickly adjust message based on different audiences and agendas.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, across different work styles, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests
- Strong ability to influence people without direct authority; proven program/project management experience
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including graphing pivot tables, reference functions and data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, including creation of milestones, dependencies and tracking a project plan baseline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including experience creating senior management level presentations.
- Background in data modeling is a plus.
- Specific knowledge of Liquidity, Balance Sheet Management or Forecasting is a plus.

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree; Graduate level degree a plus
