Senior Operations and Relationship Manager - Recruiting and Background (VP / C13)

As a part of the Talent Acquisition Operations Management team, will manage the relationship with Talent Acquisition Senior Managers and the Operations team responsible for the support of recruiting and onboarding for all full time and campus hires and transfers across North America, ensuring a remarkable candidate and new hire experience.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
Lead and manage team members, coach/motivate performance
Serve as primary strategic point of contact for Talent Acquisition and Graduate Recruitment Leadership and HRSS TAO management team for assistance in solving complex requests, escalations related to tool, systems and processes
Drive and influence change across team and among recruiting partners
Proactively identify trends and/ or training needs for the department.
Provide consultation and respond to issues relating to recruiting tools, systems and processes
Handle highly sensitive situations engaging HR and HRSS partners to ensure quick and appropriate actions
Proactively support peers and provide coaching as opportunities surface
Analyze trends and make recommendations to improve processes and drive consistency across Recruitment/ HRSS
Actively identify inefficiencies in business processes, offering solutions and improvements to reduce complexities and drive to common
Monitor and support risk control efforts to ensure EEO/ AAP and other compliance requirements are met
Mitigate risk to Citi by assuring strict adherence to Citi policies, state and local requirements and escalating issues/ concerns as appropriate
Manage sensitive and confidential matters; resolve complex issues via influence
Track volumes, performance, metrics to measure and improve productivity
Manage special projects as assigned
5-10 years of relevant experience in operations and/or recruiting
Experience managing a team highly preferred
Experience managing relationships of stakeholders and/or senior leaders highly preferred
Background in Financial Services Industry a plus
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to build relationships and promote a positive work environment
Ability to manage an operational function with strong process improvement skills
Consistent demonstration of ownership and accountability and strong client orientation
Ability to lead in a high volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to drive change and be solution-oriented
Demonstrated ability to work across multiple locations and functions
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion
Applicant Tracking System experience strongly preferred (Avature and/or Workday)
Case Management Tool Experience preferred (ServiceNow)
Excel preferred (Expert)
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
