The Transformation LFO team is a driving force for the reporting and monitoring of Transformation financials. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly visible team, serve as an active participate with senior leadership, and drive process improvements in our communications and reporting. The role will require strong attention to detail and an ability to work with unstructured concepts and distill them into easily understood and succinct presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop materials, that concisely communicate financial status within the Transformation, aligning messages and narratives, understanding stylization, tone and audience
- Collaborate across the organization managing expectations from different stakeholders with different views of how they impact Transformation
- Support regulatory requests
- Create messaging in partnership with teams such as ESPA and Investor Relations around Transformation spend and staffing for C-level, internal memos, and public consumption
- Partner with COO to develop messaging on status of Transformation from a holistic view i.e. work being done with consideration of resourcing and funding adequacy
- Manage engagement of key stakeholders and drive adoption of recommendations and solutions
- Communicate forecasting and actuals process to stakeholder, ensure understanding and act as a liaison to validation, challenge and review
- Work with the Transformation LFO team to synthesize clear findings and recommendations from complex result sets using qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Optimize and design operating models, streamline structures, analyze, simplify, re-design, and rationalize process models
- Find new ways to leverage existing data and processes or establish new partnerships to cultivate a dynamic storyline
- Create ad hoc views with limited guidance or structure
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience within management consulting, financial reporting/communications, or investor relations and experience at a large Financial Services Company
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, accounting; MBA or other advanced degree or certification preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communications with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Takes a collaborative approach in driving teams in performing reviews, obtaining data, conducting analyses, generating deliverables, and managing stakeholders
- Executive-level stakeholder diplomacy, influencing and guiding management
- Excels with working in environments characterized by ambiguity and change
- Mastery in the use of PowerPoint and Excel for development of presentations and deliverables
- Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in similar past positions
- Prior experience managing consulting engagements and teams in the instruction, coordination, and management of activities
- Skilled in guiding, influencing, and convincing team members, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Communications, training, and change management
- Detail-oriented, creative and effective multi-tasker

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
