The Enterprise Operations & Technology Chief Administrative Office (EO&T CAO) is a driving factor in delivering value to our organization, our businesses, regulators, and stakeholders.  With responsibility for Risk and Control, Quality Assurance, Transformation, O&T Regulatory Standards and Communication and the O&T Chief Data Office, the EO&T CAO enables the organization to execute on O&T’s Vision and Strategy.

This role will report directly to one of the EO&T Transformation Senior Program Leads and will be instrumental in supporting the defining, improving, and delivery of changes to our Risk and Control Operating model.  The Transformation Program Manager will support EO&T programs, such as Risk and Control, Data and Finance streams,  as part of the overall Global Transformation. In addition, they will support the development of strategies to build the future state models across Enterprise Operations and Technology and be accountable for material and measurable progress in risk reduction. 

Strategy & Transformation

  • Supporting the Transformation Program Lead on one of the Consent Order workstreams, including driving all changes needed to reach Target State, project managing key milestones and deliverables and owning successful outcomes

  • Providing oversight of Operational de-risking programs, including maintaining proactive communication with Senior Management concerning the overall plan and execution, as well as participating in book of work prioritization and business reviews

  • Working with existing BAU teams to execute on transformation initiatives.  Ensuring their alignment to workstreams and workstream leads.

  • Coordinating with other existing related bodies of work, across Risk and Control, Business Simplification, Critical Business Services, Operational Resilience and Data simplification.


  • Support leading EO&T Transformation Governance forums, as needed, coordinating and program managing across the various EO&T initiative leads to provide an overall view on progress, highlighting risks and escalations.

  • Provide effective reporting on all initiatives to senior management, including escalations.

Strategic Reengineering

  • Support coordinating strategic improvements to the EO&T overall Risk and Control framework, governance and oversight processes

  • Support standardizing and improving our Risk Framework across business lines

  • Support defining appetite goals and plans for various Key Risks by function


  • 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Experienced practitioner with experience in Risk and Control, Audit, Data, Operations or Technology

  • Relevant experience in being part of large complex cross-organization programs.  Demonstrated experience in leading elements of sustained change and change management efforts

  • Strong program management discipline and experience in one or several of business sectors and global functions

  • Strong leadership skills and exemplary values role model, with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change

  • Strong team player with appropriate influential and interpersonal skills, used to delivering results

  • Strong ability to engage at all levels of the organization, including senior management and working group members

  • Experienced in driving change in a multi-country or global scope, ability to manage cultural differences and champion diversity

  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience
