SVP, Cards Direct Mail Acquisitions Business Analytics Group Manager (Hybrid)
This role is a part of Cards Prospective Customer Decisioning within the larger US Personal Banking Analytics organization. The Senior Vice President is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new credit card customers through budget, product, offer, pricing, and channel optimization. Citi US Cards offers a suite of proprietary and co-branded credit cards through multiple channels. The candidate will develop marketing budget optimization strategies in partnership with internal analytics team and Marketing, Product, Finance, Risk organization. He/she will be leading off-line acquisition and establishing omni channel acquisition capabilities. The candidate will get a great exposure to acquisition product and marketing strategies and will bring data and analytics to provide insights for advancing the marketing investment optimization across products, channels, and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product, channel and offer decisioning and optimization for credit card acquisitions
- Enhance analytics sophistication in Direct Mail channel to determine lead product, offer, contact strategy through targeting, test and learn.
- Lead cross channel marketing investment optimization through cross channel synergies and drive marketing efficiencies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Value generated and drive growth from operating decisions and articulate incremental P&L impact
- Lead the analytics to deliver profitability and returns KPIs from granular optimization strategies. Be accountable to articulate P&L impact from performance drivers and conduct finance outcome forecasting and tracking
- End to end project management to develop strategy, build consensus across cross functional stakeholders and implement recommendations
- Collaborate with internal modeling, analytics team. Build cross functional partnerships with key stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Finance, Risk organization
- Be accountable for audit and control requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate level degree preferred with background in Statistics, Economics, Business, Operations Research or similar discipline.
- 10+ years working experience in a quantitative field, Financial/Credit Card industry preferred
- Expert proficiency with Credit Card P&L drivers, direct mail acquisitions and knowledge of financial forecasting
- Strong understanding of the consumer lending market, customer life cycle, and P&L.
- Excellent analytical, technical and/or statistical skills with proven ability to translate large volumes of data
- Working experience with credit bureaus, and targeting prospects as segment of one.
- Demonstrated excellent ability to translate business questions into analytical framework to generate meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated ability to drive changes and innovation
- Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
- Firsthand working experience with implementing targeting solutions. Experience working with legal, fair lending and audit teams.

$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
