This role is offered within the Consumer Risk Reporting & Analysis group under Risk Management Reporting & Data Analytics within the Risk Management. The primary focus of the group is to provide complex and comprehensive risk management information in an accurate, timely and reliable manger to risk managers, senior management and the Board of Directors. The group has access to vast amount of data across Citi to produce analytics, visualizations, analysis and reports.  The analysis and reports will cover all products (cards, mortgage, personal loans, etc.) within global consumer bank across geographies. The group, an integral part of Chief Risk Officer’s broader organization, interacts extensively with Global, Regional and Business/Country risk management, Finance, Technology, Audit, and other areas across the firm .


  • Design, coordinate and prepare executive materials for Global Consumer Risk Management leadership team’s senior presentations to the board, risk committees and regulators, including ongoing updates and ad hoc materials.
  • Design, prepare, analyze and distribute global/regional consumer risk reports that are insightful and comprehensive, and enable Independent Risk Management to monitor risk around the globe, reviewing business results and challenging business risk strategies.
  • Enhance and streamline management reporting process by adopting best-in-class modern intelligence tools and improving data quality in partnership with stakeholders in risk management, technology and business teams.
  • Lead or coordinate on projects that encompass multiple regions, products, and risk disciplines.
  • Work closely with risk systems/technology on various technology projects; Participate in design of the new systems as users and conduct end-user UAT testing.


  • 7-10 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in consumer credit risk management with deep knowledge of consumer lending products and credit risk management methodology and practices
  • Advanced knowledge and hands on experience of commonly used tools Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access),  Tableau / Cognos / MicroStrategy experience, experience in manipulating/analyzing large quantities of data is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic, high-volume and complex environment with a practical solutions-driven approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a concise, succinct manner
  • Team Player, independent/structured thinker and proactive problem solver


  • BS or MS degrees in business, finance, economics, engineering, computer science or other analytically intensive discipline
