On the Digital Product Development team of Commercial Cards, we are building world class digital experiences and tools that put our clients at the center of everything we do. This team has a unique lens of B2B2C for all its platforms, apps and capabilities thus needing laser focus on human centered design, business outcomes and technology leadership.

As a part of the Digital team, you will be responsible for the features and experiences for our commercial card holders and program administrators. You will be the Product owner of our Desktop app which is our flagship product within the Commercial Card organization. You will responsible for creating a strategy and a roadmap for this platform which covers all the aspects of a customer journey – activation, engagement and retention. This job needs strong influencing skills and an understanding of technology to deliver these results and ensure product success


Responsibilities:

  • Create a roadmap using analytics, industry trends, competitive analyses, client needs and customer insights
  • Prioritize products and features based on a comprehensive backlog  
  • Identifies, gathers, and organizes client insights, internal innovation ideas, marketplace analyses and trends to drive to new concepts
  • Creates a product vision aligned to business priorities and corresponding road-map to delivery
  • Follows market, industry and client trends to own field and adapts them for application Citi’s products and solutions platforms
  • Supports communication and collaboration with internal teams: design, engineering, UXR to drive efficiency in product delivery at scale
  • Conceptualizes, plans, prioritizes, coordinates design and delivery of products or features to product release, and serves as product ambassador within user community
  • Works in close co-ordination with Technology, Business Managers and other stakeholders to fulfill the delivery objectives
  • Manages and implements a wide variety of products and initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous, and regulatory deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Has responsibility to deliver direct business results and advice regarding product development that necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy
  • Has direct interaction with sales, business managers and technology, to understand their long term vision, discuss industry trends, and incorporate them into the product & solutions strategy

  • Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of digital product management experience
  • 4+ years of agile product development. Experience in SAFE is a plus
  • Intellectual curiosity, analytical and conceptual thinker
  • Attention to Detail and an analytic mindset with the ability to present fact based recommendation in a logical /concise way aka tell a story with data
  • Proactively seeks and develops new opportunities
  • Ability to build networks and relationships internal stakeholders and external partners and clients
  • Ability to structure and break down problems, develop solutions, and to drive to results
  • Project Management skills with experience leading large cross functional initiatives
  • Experience with commercial card transaction and expense management processes is a plus.
  • Understanding of UX principles and trends
  • Strong presentation skills and ease with communication with all levels of management and business groups


    Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree (Business Management/Computer Science/Engineering), Master's degree preferred not required.


  • Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills.  Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to audiences with poise and confidence.
  • Flexible and adaptable to frequently changing course, inherent in the innovation processes.
  • Thinks proactively to identify new opportunities and also optimize existing solutions.
  • A strong desire to learn new products and processes
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills
  • Experience in project management, product management, or product development required
  • Experience with commercial card transaction and expense management processes is a plus.
