The Product Management Group Manager – Global Rewards will manage a team responsible for loyalty solutions and overall platform management for a large-scale rewards program supporting 10 markets across the Asia and Mexico regions.  The candidate will act as general manager for the program focused on providing the best customer experience while balancing the interests of the Business.  Key responsibilities include leading the effort to manage platform enhancements through the Agile system development process, acting as point of escalation for customer impacting production issues, MIS analysis, KPI tracking and ensuring rigorous program/platform controls are in-place. The candidate will be the key point-of-contact with the international markets and will also collaborate with other internal Citi teams including O&T, Digital, Compliance as well as the third-party platform providers to optimally manage the program.  A key responsibility will be to provide program management support during the Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) period where Citi will be divesting markets in Asia and Mexico over a period of years.

Responsibilities:

  • Support planning, direction, coordination and execution of day-to-day activities for the Global Rewards loyalty program
  • Lead a small team of direct reports while also collaborating with a large team of cross-organizational stakeholders to maintain and enhance the program
  • Serve as primary program point-of-contact for Asia/Mexico markets
  • Oversee the Agile system development process to implement platform enhancements which requires daily coordination with Citi O&T and third-party platform providers
  • Deliver a monthly analytics dashboard focused on program redemptions MIS
  • Manage customer issue escalations related to rewards experience
  • Monitor platform production environment for stability through the tracking of performance KPIs and Incident Management resolution
  • Provide subject-matter-expertise supporting the drafting of market divestiture TSAs as well as continuous program support during TSA period

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, specialized analytics, or related discipline
  • Financial Services and or Loyalty Marketing experience
  • In-depth knowledge of industry and competitor products/services
  • Working knowledge of industry practices and standards
  • Ability to develop strategy, gather resources, and inspire a diverse set of individuals
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Global mindset; adept at managing across organizational lines and coordinating the activities of a cross-functional team
  • Familiarity with Agile development process is a bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
