MQA - Equity Quantitative Analysis- VP

Citi's Equity Division seeks a senior Equity Quant for its NAM Equity division. The candidate will contribute to Citi effort in enhancing the pricing and risk management capability of the Corporate Derivative franchise, working within the NAM Equity Derivatives team but contributing on a global scale in increasing Citi market share in that line of business.

The candidate will be involved in all the Equity businesses with a focus on Corporate Derivatives to develop pricing models for new products, risk analytics to mitigate credit risk and quantitative pre-trade tools to optimize the trades execution; the candidate will be working closely with the trading desk to help with their daily quantitative asks.


The ideal candidate will have worked previously with trading desks to develop, manage and extend quantitative models for equity derivatives pricing and hedging processes.

He or she would have had an experience in maintaining and supporting production processes and in developing analytic libraries.

Furthermore, the candidate needs to have “hands-on" programming experience with an object-oriented development platform preferably with C++.


• Excellent equity derivatives knowledge.

• Must have strong technology skills with a proven track record of implementing pricing models projects.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Team player.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects  in a  fast paced work environment

• Masters or PhD in  Finance, Mathematics,  Engineering, Computer Science or related field
