About the Business

International Personal Bank U.S. (IPB U.S.) is a segment of Citi’s U.S. Retail Bank that provides U.S. based Wealth Management services to clients around the world. IPB U.S. offers its clients access to brokerage products and services as well as traditional banking products and services through three legal vehicles and offices located in the U.S. and several Latin American countries.

About the Role

The International Personal Bank U.S. is currently seeking candidates for the Client Service Associate (CSA) role.

This position will work with US-based Wealth Advisors in providing administrative support and maintenance across banking and investment accounts. In addition, CSA will work on the onboarding process for clients, Know-Your-Client (KYC) profiling, and Periodic Reviews of clients.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the Wealth Advisor's portfolio of relationships for maintenance requests and troubleshoot operational issues
• Provide strong support to team across periodic reviews for KYC, Account Activity, AML, etc.
• Process a variety of daily administrative account servicing tasks
• Lead account opening applications, profiling of clients in internal systems, and building strong operational knowledge base

Qualifications

• Interest in Financial Services
• 0-4 years relevant experience
• Proficient in software applications (ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player - ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work under stress
• Well organized, detail oriented self-starter
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and clients
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Requirement: Fluency in English-Spanish (written/spoken)
• KYC/AML Profiling experience (a plus)
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
