  • Curate and drive analytical expertise through the synthesis of data deriving insights across products, business segments, and geographies
  • Translate data into strategic recommendations and actions
  • Collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders: ICG Businesses, Operations, Technology and senior executives to innovate and execute client experience solutions
  • Present and clearly articulate client experience data to internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management, ensuring stakeholders understand how to interpret and apply voice of customer (VOC) data
  • Create easily understandable dashboard reports, slides and other materials to convey the client experience and operational metrics
  • Engage and drive organization in Client experience innovation / and introducing ideas for improving overall client experience
  • Communicate regular updates to ICG leadership including presentations and executive summaries
  • Contribute in analytical and non-analytical projects; respond to ad-hoc inquiries


  • 2-3 years of experience in voice of customer or client experience roles with true passion for insights generation

  • Exposure to product management, business strategy, technology, consulting and/or banking type roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize key trends and insights and the ability to explain research findings to executive audience

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, resourceful, solutions-oriented individual who can execute well in a fast-paced environment while working on multiple, concurrent projects.

  • Advanced Excel/ Powerpoint is a must

  • Experience with databases and information management (SQL, Python, etc.)

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
