Citi Global Wealth (CGW) is focused on serving the needs of clients across the entire wealth spectrum. It has been created by combining the Wealth Management businesses across Citi Global Consumer Bank and Citi Private Bank. Overview of the Role
Citi’s Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology (PBWMT) organization serves the PBWM global suite of products providing a full range of innovative and comprehensive set of services. Our businesses also offer industry-leading advanced technology, a strong worldwide presence and a powerful global franchise.
The Role
The financial landscape has been quickly evolving over the past five years with change on multiple fronts, including evolving client needs, market entry of nontraditional competitors and a shifting landscape of emerging technology providers. This has significantly impacted the way we interact with our clients, the products we create and the strategies we deploy. To compete with fast growing entrants (e.g., Robinhood, Wealthfront, Stash, Acorns, etc.) we are focused on scaling our digital wealth capabilities and modernizing our overall technology stack and infrastructure.
We're looking for a leader who has the experience creating, communicating, and executing an exciting and unifying vision for our digital channels and creating an end-to-end solution. Developing and leading a team of ambitious technologists and building strong and collaborative relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to drive the vision forward is essential. An ideal candidate will be comfortable with not only leading and influencing but also diving into the technical weeds and rolling up his/her sleeves.
The CGWDigital Adoption and Measurement Lead role will be accountable for digital adoption goals for all CGW segments globally through accountability for digital KPI reporting and measurements and responsibility for driving client and field campaigns to drive adoption.
The candidate must have experience in the following areas of wealth and banking technology:
- Knowledge of wealth solutions.
- Experience in measuring outcomes for digital product roadmaps collaboratively across a large enterprise.
- Deep understanding of digital analytics techniques and ability to influence across data, digital technology and business analytics teams to drive outcomes
- Ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization and influence non-directs through data and analytics.
- Experience working with frontline colleagues including advisors, bankers, etc.
- Deep consumer product knowledge and passion around emerging technologies and how they will change consumer experience.
- An excellent understanding of the industry including competitive landscape and strategic drivers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience delivering at global scale and complexity.
- Developing, attracting and retaining talent to achieve above outcomes
Organizational Scope and Accountability
- Drive digital adoption through digital/client marketing campaigns including email etc.
- Drive deeper field engagement to evangelize digital adoption with bankers, associate bankers, investment counselors etc.
- Develop digital collateral and organize demos to drive awareness for digital capabilities
- Partner with journey leaders to build in-app experiences to educate clients and drive adoption
- Establish CGW-wide Tableau dashboard for digital metrics across all segments
- Partner with data and analytics teams to maintain dashboard
- Define and maintain BAU reporting and OKRs to drive accountability for business outcomes
- Partner with business teams to provide region/market-level metrics to drive actionable outcomes
- Responsible for team & people management
What You’ll Need (Qualifications)
- 10+ years' experience in digital product management, digital analytics with hands-on knowledge
- Passion for measurements, product, design, technology, digital transformation and modernization
- Deep product, client and technical knowledge of drivers of digital adoption
- Previous digital product, digital analytics, field management, consulting experience a must
- Sharp. You think on your feet, quickly come up with innovative solutions and are always one step ahead
- Bring a mix of entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial, growth, and corporate-level scaled innovation leadership experience
- Demonstrated consumer-centric mindset and communication skills
