Vice President (C13), Global Functions Lead Finance Office (LFO) team supporting the Audit Function. The LFO team is responsible for partnering and acting as a trusted advisor to the Audit Function business leaders, engaging and leading the relationship with the Executive Management Team and business partners through strategic leadership, execution of key priorities, providing thoughtful challenge and insightful analysis and plays a key role in the day-to-day of the businesses, with ownership of the overall budget and plan and business review materials, and partnering across the firm to ensure a deep understanding of financial investments, resource management, driving operational efficiency and the execution of the business strategy.  

This Vice President role is responsible for supporting the LFO responsible for Audit in:
•    Partnering and acting as a trusted advisor to an EMT member, business, and functional partners for all strategic and tactical financial business decisions
•    Engaging and driving the relationship with business partners through strategic leadership, execution of key priorities, thoughtful challenge, and insightful analysis
•    Leading the strategy, execution and implementation of finance specific programs, projects and/or exercises 
•    Owning (provide insight & input in) the overall budget and forecast planning, through engagement with business and other partners; provide insightful input into reporting and variances, utilizing financial report output created by the FP&A team
•    Owning and having accountability for business review materials, QBRs, metrics and reporting, in partnership with other key business contacts, ensuring both the financial and strategic story aligns with overall business strategy
•    Responsible for oversight and approval of changes to an approved plan or outlook for day-to-day execution and strategic efforts
•    Driving and having accountability for reviewing investment strategies, having a deep understanding of business cases, fully understanding the proposed work and being able to articulate the outcomes including financial and non-financial benefits of the investments
•    Driving opportunities and the execution of optimization and efficiencies within the business and functional areas
•    Driving transparency and understanding of the charge out of function costs to lines of business including quarterly updates and annual roundtables
•    Partnering with Chief Operating Officer to ensure disciplined process for resource management and alignment with strategic priorities
•    Preparing updates which provide an overview of the status and health of your teams including, headcount, recruiting, employee feedback, attrition, etc.
•    Managing the relationships, book of work and expectations with the Mumbai and Costa Rica teams
•    Driving risk & control agenda including data accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and metrics; identify, assess, and escalate risks

Specific responsibilities include:
•    Participating in planning, forecasting and performance analyses for Audit and communicating coordinating management actions Global Function Leaders 
•    Driving engagement with leadership delivering value-add financial analysis, financial counsel, and recommendations 
•    Providing forward-looking view and proactively engage business leaders in discussion of gap analysis and identified levers to close gaps 
•    Participating in strategy, investment, and re-engineering discussions - in addition to basic finance responsibilities 
•    Recommending process improvements and enhanced analytics and own implementation of work-streams. 
•    Acting as a thought-leader within the Global Functions Audit team by sharing best practices and identifying enhancement opportunities for the team

•    Exceptional analytical skills, combined with an ability to deliver analysis in a concise manner
•    Results/task orientated with excellent attention to detail
•    Proven track record of building strong relationships 
•    Excellent communication skills (written / verbal)
•    Ability to manage and prioritize effectively and resolve conflicting priorities 
•    7 years relevant experience and demonstrated career progression/increase in responsibilities 
•    Bachelor's degree required
