TTS Digital Assets Strategic Partner Development
Director (C15)


Financial services continues to be one of the most fast-paced and exciting spaces today. Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions (“TTS”) seeks dynamic professionals to build a more digital future for our unique and market-leading global network.  Led by the Global Head of Partnerships and Innovation, the P&I team manages investments, partnerships, innovation and digital assets-specific efforts across the TTS franchise.  TTS generates nearly $10 billion in revenue annually across its Payments & Receivables, Liquidity Management Services, Commercial Cards and Trade & Working Capital segments and contributes approximately $650 billion in deposits to Citi.
Emerging technologies create new opportunities for us to serve our clients, Treasury and Trade Solutions invests in innovation to bring new solutions to life.   


Responsibilities:

  • Support the TTS / ICG digital assets agenda as integral member of working team
  • Ensure the successful execution of strategic partnerships for TTS and Citi in the digital assets space, driving new client solutions
  • Support the TTS Head of Digital Assets in all partnerships-related work, from origination to onboarding to product integration
  • Collaborate closely with the TTS Head of Partnerships and relevant stakeholders to execute strategically important and value-creating third party relationships
  • Engage directly with current and prospective partners to address client and internal needs
  • Support transaction principals with relevant analytics (e.g., strategic and financial analysis, realized and potential value to client(s), Citi and other stakeholders)
  • Areas of focus include tokenization, distributed ledger technology, regulated liability networks, real-time liquidity management, 24/7 payments capabilities and asset interoperability, among others
  • Present initiatives, progress and outcomes to senior members of the P&I and TTS organization, including business leadership

Qualifications:    

  • Undergraduate degree and 12+ years of work experience in relevant areas of focus; advanced degree preferred but not required
  • Fluency in digital asset technology and related concepts and applications preferred 
  • Deep experience prospecting for, originating and executing strategic partnerships
  • Strong working knowledge of transactional, deal-oriented environment
  • Proven track record of project execution and achievement of strategic objectives
  • Relationship management experience preferred but not required
  • Highly developed analytical skills required, particularly in identifying and developing client solutions collaboratively with current and prospective strategic partners
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be efficient, organized and highly motivated
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with internal and external stakeholders locally and across geographies
