The Business Execution Partner is a senior position responsible for accomplishing results through collaboration with Global Business Execution network and partners from HR, Finance, ESPA and B&I Business Execution teams. The individual's primary objective is to enable growth for CCB businesses globally. These tasks may include managing business reviews, expense and HC reporting, standardization of reports and engaging with CCB globally. The Business Execution Partner coordinates and manages activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount and other administrative needs as necessary. Manages ad hoc projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with local and regional business management team to ensure alignment of business goals
  • Supports the global BE team by providing technical knowledge, coaching, evaluation, supporting hiring etc.
  • Assist leadership and stakeholders with developing projects, executing strategies, and defining/providing metrics
  • Prepare materials, record minutes, and follow-up as needed on items for business committees and/ or regular business meetings
  • Seek out sources, track, consolidate and analyze ad-hoc and regular business requests
  • Drive implementation of business-driven projects across functions, working closely with relevant senior leadership
  • Provide input into and recommend technology change, process improvements and control framework enhancements
  • Engage with Global CCB, manages new commers trainings and support the organization with policy insights and reporting tools
  • Communicate business knowledge, product knowledge, and requirements to business and internal support functions
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking business or business support
  • Experience with commercial or corporate banking products is preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise of Microsoft Office product suite; basic macro coding experience and proficiency in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint preferred
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$142,320.00 - $213,480.00
