AT&T Credit Card Product Manager
The AT&T Product Manager is responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics for the product through its life cycle in coordination with the broader Product Management team and the AT&T partner. The overall objective of this role is to manage the evolution and delivery of AT&T product features, functionality, and value to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day product and partner management such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies
- Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to ensure accurate delivery of product features and value to clients
- Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps in business plans
- Coordinate and implement mechanism for tracking product KPIs against business cases, track progress against goals and support development of new business strategies
- Partner with Decision Management to identify key performance trends
- Support delivery of contractual requirements, including annual marketing commitments
- Work closely with Legal and Compliance partners to ensure all activities with program adhere to regulatory and policy standards, including records retention
- Drive product changes resulting from evolving market needs, including process improvements in product management relative to program implementation
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience managing across multi-function business
- Functional experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analytics
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication, including strong presentation development skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree. Master’s degree preferred
