TTS Pricing Strategy and Data is a critical function that sits at the corner stone of relationship-based pricing that incorporates profitability, benchmarking, and comps to drive optimal propositions for our clients and Citi. The role is at the cutting edge of what will define the TTS business now and into the future. As a selected candidate, you will be responsibility for driving transformation using pricing strategies embedded in models used for looking at ongoing deals, evaluating the existing portfolio for opportunities to reprice/cross sell, as well as infrastructure redesign that will allow sales partners to be nimbler and adaptable to an ever-evolving competitive landscape.

The role requires analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.


  • Work with Sales and Product Teams to understand client needs and decision criteria and create pricing proposals to maximize wallet and client profitability

  • Maintain cash pricing models and databases and work with Product/Sales to continually make enhancements

  • Conduct thorough analysis of client portfolio to identify clients who under-utilize Citi services

  • Drive customer re-pricing, from regional strategy to customer communications, negotiations, and executions

  • Develop recommendations to advise Citi's senior management on high-priority initiatives, including growth strategy, product and segment strategies, and cross business initiatives

  • Oversee data warehouse and analyze trends in recent wins/losses and portfolio pricing and apply learnings to regional pricing strategy focused on minimizing price compression and maximizing wallet penetration

  • Work directly with the Solution Specialist and Banker on value proposition, and liaise directly with senior management where necessary to gather approvals

  • Analyze vast amounts of complex pricing-related data, applying statistical/machine learning/other unique methods to develop/validate/improve predictive models and identify data integrity issues. Present insights and recommendations to Senior Management to drive change

  • Maintain commercial cards pricing models and databases and work with Product/Sales to continually make enhancements

  • Assist Global Partners in streamlining and standardizing processes and schedules as well as the build out of financial models

  • Perform analysis on client’s account payable spend to produce recommendations on optimal strategy. Serve as a subject matter expert regarding CWCA to sales and client management throughout the end-to-end sales process, while focusing on enhancements to the current process

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency


  • Bachelor’s/University degree

  • 3+ years of related experience

  • Significant modelling experience a plus

  • Statistics, Data Science, and Tech Backgrounds are a plus

  • Desire to work with many different people daily

  • Superior MS Office Suite skills are a must    

  • Capable to work independently

  • Above average analytical skills mandatory

  • Strong organizational skills    

  • Ability to multitask and work in a team atmosphere

  • Superior oral and written communication
