TTS Global Cash Operations Business Office Lead (VP)
Job Purpose:
The role is part of the TTS Global Cash Operations Business Office team. The role is responsible for day to day financial management, business governance & strategy execution.
Critical components of the role include:
- Create pristine monthly reporting covering critical components of Operations - Service business delivery: financials, governance forums & strategy documentation
- Work closely with the Cash Operations Senior Leadership Team & experience presenting to senior audiences
- Partner with regional and global Ops - Service network on adhoc requests
Job background/context:
Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Client Operations supports the movement of $4 Trillion per day across the globe for a variety of multi-nationals, governments and financial institutions in over 100 countries, and has established the largest proprietary transaction network in the industry. This unit of over 8,500 professionals and 4,000 extended workforce are responsible for supporting Cash, Trade and Cards businesses worldwide, providing an unparalleled experience post-sale across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America and North America, and is focused on supporting clients locally, regionally and globally to create a consistent, industry-leading client experience, while maintaining pristine controls standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Management & oversight of all monthly financial deliverables for the Global TTS Cash Operations Business
- Support the Head of Cash Operations in sharing financial insights, headcount management & productivity delivery
- Build & Maintain monthly reporting for Exco members and lead regular reviews
- Lead annual budget process, monthly forecasting and expense variance analysis
- Present to the Global Cash Operations Leadership Teams on financial performance & outlook delivery
- Point person for ad hoc related requests
- Design and provide day-to-day support to management in the form of ad hoc analysis stretch assignments as needed
- Measure effectiveness of the strategy and develop executive commentary and insight on performance and Strategic Leadership across the combined Client Operations function
- Build strong and effective relationships with key business office partners in TTS Product, Technology, Global TTS CO and ICG O&T organisation
- Demonstrates a high level of leadership standard, in line with Citi’s Leadership Standards

Knowledge – Experience/ Qualifications:
- Extensive years of experience in banking and Service/ Operations experience preferably TTS business
- Strong financial background with a detailed knowledge of Citi’s financial management and budget process along with a proven ability to deliver at a regional level
- Proven ability to establish and maintain business partnerships
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts and strategies successfully
- Highly developed execution skills in a multi-tasking mode with an ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
- A Senior Leader who will be able to Independently Handle and manage Complex situations with Senior Stakeholders across Product/ Sales & Coverage Organizations across
- Proven ability to meet new challenges, assimilate new information and to influence people through maturity of approach
Skills/ Competencies:
- Financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Candidate should have experience in budgeting, expense tracking, & vendor financial management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to present to senior audience
- Able to adapt quickly to internal financial tools and processes
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills to oversee cross disciplinary work streams.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment
- Strategic Business thinker with regional experience
- Driven, resilient and tenacious, able to apply the learning from set-backs or challenges to good effect

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
