Responsibilities
The Client Mgt Sr Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts analysis and evaluation of business data to identify solutions to moderate to complex business problems.
- Works to ensure operational processes are integrated and effective across the organization.
- Defines and implements business strategy and goals through the collection, analysis, review, reporting, documentation and communication of business needs and requirements.
- Manipulates data for quantitative analysis or research to support the business in identifying problems and solutions.
- Duties may include the generation of regular and special reports and the recommendation of changes in methods or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Support revenue generation.
- May manage a product or process with a large amount of independence.
- Typically referred to as technical experts and known internally and externally as reliable, knowledgeable resources.
- Develops and exercises business plans, policies and procedures and may also be responsible for various projects to improve efficiencies.
- Individuals at this level have a clear understanding of the firm's different businesses and the related economics.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Extensive experience within operations, with corresponding management experience within a Senior level role such as with a focus on day to- day operational execution, although roles will also include contributing to strategic planning within area of expertise.
Education:
- Bachelors/Univeristy degree, Master’s degree preferred
