ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Business/ Department
Objectives:
Team is responsible for providing Trade processing support for North America, Canada and LatAm countries.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Senior Team Member role
2. Basic Banking functions.
3. Risk and Controls
4. Support/ participate in new projects/migrations and ensure smooth cut over with minimized risks – internal and external
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures.
2. Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times and ensure service quality is maintained
3. Understand customer requirements, investigated and responded appropriately.
4. Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised
5 Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
6. Perform control related activities to mitigate risk.
7. Provision / deletion / modification of entitlements for user to access Citi applications. Trade Maintenance activities which includes Customer Static Database maintenance, group profile maintenance etc. Completion of request and clarification / Intimation sent to end user.
8. Basic Excel operations and other operating system skills.
9. Flexible working hours as per country requirements
10. Liaising with send site via phone call / emails for query resolution / clarifications
11. Completes daily tasks within the normal working day parameters and keeps overtime to a minimum.
12. Strong enough to manage Dual role and handle additional responsibilities.

1. Meet required productivity metrics set for the team
2. Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures

4. May be required to handle Transaction Authorization.
5. Perform UAT of processes
6.Participates in all process automation deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS
Required

Bachelor Degree (Commerce/Science stream preferred)
Experience:
3-5 years

2. Ability to work as a team with offsite partners.
3. Consistent ability to adapt to process changes quickly and accurately.
4. Strong attention to detail is required to ensure the data privacy of our client information
5. Working knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URR
6. Customer handling experience

2. Information must be expressed coherently and accurately to key people in a timely manner.
