Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) Client Operations supports the movement of $4 Trillion per day across the globe for a variety of multi-nationals, governments and financial institutions in over 100 countries, and has established the largest proprietary transaction network in the industry. This unit of over 8,500 professionals and 4,000 extended workforce are responsible for supporting Cash, Trade and Cards businesses worldwide, providing an unparalleled experience post-sale across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America and North America, and is focused on supporting clients locally, regionally and globally to create a consistent, industry-leading client experience, while maintaining pristine controls standards.

The role calls for excellent organisational skills, flexibility, problem-solving ability and confidence in dealing effectively and sensitively with a wide range of people throughout the organisation. An additional requirement of the role is the ability to deliver to a high standard of execution in a pressured environment.

As part of the EMEA Business Office team, the successful candidate must be able to provide support to the leadership team, partnering with key internal stakeholders to drive the vision and strategy of the business.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Analysis / MIS creation / Reporting:

Work with Regional In-Business & Operations teams on simplification and streamlining of cluster/ region’s MIS, including but not limited to consistent volume, value, straight thought processing and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) reporting & analysis.

Prepare EMEA wide metrics and executive reporting.

  • Financial Reporting:

Review and analyse of the Operational budgets ensuring appropriate financial controls are in place. Contribute to a development of a reward and recognition strategy for the region.

  • Communications:

Contribute to a design and implementation of a business Communications Strategy for EMEA TTS Client Operations.

  • Presentation Creation:

Create presentations that require information from a variety of sources in a way that takes into the account the audience and their agendas. Assist with regulatory and audit inquiries as appropriate.

  • Risk and Controls Management:

Support the Operations teams in management of key risk and control items and assist in transformation initiatives. Contribute to strategic, cross-functional initiatives increasing operational efficiency and risk management

  • Other:

Manage ad-hoc queries from senior management in a structured and timely manner.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Minimum >3 experience in Financial Services - TTS Product Suite knowledge & experience preferred
  • Superior analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate complex data sets from multiple sources are necessary.  Working largely with payment related data - an understanding of SWIFT messaging formats and the cash payment flow landscape would be beneficial.
  • Highly developed communication & influencing skills with ability to interact at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to partner with others and deal effectively with multiple projects and changing priorities
  • Self-starter - positive, energetic, and able to prioritise appropriately and act decisively
  • Proficiency in the MS Suite, especially Excel. Expertise in SQL and Oracle beneficial
  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations with ease/under time constraints in a way that is suitable for the ever changing audience
  • Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
