This role is in the Personal Loans and Ready Credit product team. The candidate will be managing products either independently or jointly with other team members. A high degree of ownership, visualization of downstream impact of activities and coordination with multiple stakeholders are essential skills.

This is an intermediate level position responsible for the execution of sales, products or service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The overall objective of this role is to grow sales, build customer loyalty and recommend the development of business strategies or initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of product targets (P&L). Drive and coordinate activities with multiple stakeholders to achieve the same
  • Monitor product related MIS - to ensure on track to acheive targets and identify & resolve outliers
  • Work with stakeholders across Credit risk, customer service, control functions for effective monitoring of product portfolio, delivery of data requests from internal stakeholders and regulator
  • Initiate and execute product initiatives
  • Execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies that are aligned with the product plan
  • Identify inconsistencies in data, define business issues and formulate recommendations on policies, procedures or practices
  • Understand and adhere to all operational controls to ensure the safety and security of client and bank assets
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • Five or more years of relevant experience
  • Previous banking, retail, sales or service experience required
  • Experience with banking technology preferred
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Open to CAs and MBAs
