The India CSC Talent Acquisition and India Franchise Diversity Lead is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team within the India Shared Services business to drive the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to develop, implement and provide recruiting activities in support of the business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • This position will provide leadership for the Talent Acquisition function across Citi Shared Services, which is the largest business for Citi in India.
  • Would be responsible for delivering over 10K professionals across Technology, Operations, Risk and Analytics verticals within the CSC India business every year.
  • Drive Diversity initiatives across the Citi India franchise and ensure DE&I becomes an integral part of the talent acquisitions process
  • Responsible for delivering results across diversity KPI’s including slates and ensuring the business is also well aligned to the year on year increase in the diversity head count goals.
  • Work with business team to facilitate diversity slate processed as well as promote and manage internal mobility processes
  • Manage DE&I programs across multiple affinity groups like veterans, returning women, PwD and LGBTQI
  • Develop detailed recruiting strategy and initiatives to support the aggressive hiring needs of the CSC business in India
  • Manage, lead, coach and mentor a high performing team of recruitment professionals and serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a proven track record of transformational leadership
  • Proactively working with the business heads, will be responsible for building the capacity planning and resource allocation for the team
  • Play an advisory role to the India CSC business heads and global stakeholders and educate them on the competitive landscape, market and talent dynamics, which will enable them to make the appropriate business decisions
  • Serve as primary point of contact with senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners, such as HR Advisors and Compensation
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters, resolve complex issues via influence, and work directly with business heads and Managing Directors to fill key positions and senior level roles
  • Boost outcomes through visibility and focus on data driven decisions and identify process enhancement opportunities to enhance the candidate and recruiting experience
  • Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and serve as point of contact for both retained and contingency search firms
  • Utilize social media to build upon established network of function/business areas as well as introduce talent to managers for future hiring needs
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with people management
  • Demonstrated core recruiting and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated identification and assessment skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
