The FCR Consumer Senior Analyst is responsible for providing administrative support for the Fundamental Credit Risk Consumer team globally. This includes providing support for Lead Reviewers in their management of Business Monitoring and execution of Reviews. The FCR Senior Analyst may also be required to support the broader GRR organization on various projects and presentations.


Key responsibilities:

Support of Credit Review Senior Officers, Region Heads, Head of Consumer Analytics and GRR management on regional and/or global tasks

Proactive communication with Credit Review Senior Officers, Credit Review Team Managers, or Region Heads of any concerns and/or emerging risks that may jeopardize the assigned Review Entities

Support Lead Reviewers and regional teams with Business Monitoring and Review activities (Planning, Fieldwork, and Post Fieldwork) including:
- Creating and updating FCR documents in the FCR system
- Collecting and keeping track of Business deliverables during reviews
- Attending key review meetings (merge, internal and business close) and keeping minutes, as required

Assigning Credit Assessment Documents and overseeing input of work-papers by Guest Reviewers in accordance with and at the quality standards required by the FCR Manual and Review Guides

Support Project Managers in assigned special projects

Qualifications:

5-8 years previous credit experience required

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Access, Word, Visio, etc).

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Work experience in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar with Credit or financial statement analysis experience preferred.

Visual Basic experience is a plus.

Language skills a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Korean).

Formal credit training or knowledge of financial accounting standards (international and/or domestic) is beneficial.

Knowledge of Citi's organization and systems preferred.


Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
