Branch Operations Manager - Central
- The primary responsibility of the individual is to work closely with Country Branch Operations Head in achieving the goals related to driving efficiency in execution of branch processes through process streamlining and standardization , repository creation and tracking of key branch operations metrics and deliverables
Responsibilities:
- Being the central one point contact for the branches on branch operational items including regulatory compliance and vendor (Third Party Relationship) governance
- Driving key central activities like mandatory displays , regulatory submission and internal reviews.
- Responsible for creation , maintenance of Branch scorecard for India consumer branches and provide insights , qualitative inputs on outliers and other areas of concern.
- Work along with Regional Area operations and Service Heads to reevaluate current model of branch banking and reducing transaction volume at branches through digitization and offload to self-serve channels resulting in delightful client experience and operational efficiency
- Create and manage process repositories, deviation tracker and key reports necessary for providing overall governance on Branch operations
- Responsible for providing support for operations activities in the Branch Channel segment.
- Perform routine operational and administrative work; Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation and submit work to senior team members for review / approval
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Retail Banking.
- 2 years relevant experience
