The Business Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track hiring progress across the global CPT/CCB Technology organization
  • Assist HR recruiters where possible to streamline hiring activities
  • Coordinate hiring efforts with recruitment agencies
  • Partner with Citi Staffing to ensure contractor hires are processed in timely fashion
  • Make recommendations for process improvements to support recruitment efforts
  • Provide regular weekly project status as well as formal executive updates 
  • Implement and standardize the metrics reporting delivery model
  • Provide metrics that reflect our utilization of diverse candidates slates and interview panels
  • Assess and share metrics daily including cycle times, pipelines, diversity and address obstacles by providing thought leadership
  • Interface with global Relationship Managers to ensure suppliers are consistent with resource and location strategy
  • Assist with real estate analytics and reporting
  • Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of recruitment domain knowledge

  • Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas

  • Strong PowerPoint skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Results oriented with attention to detail and proven success in driving execution

  • Demonstrated organization skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining adherence to deadlines and priorities


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
