Reporting directly to the Payments and Receivables Head, this position has been created to support all product commercialization lines related to: Domestic, X Border Citibanamex P&R business, in the definition, development and implementation of a commercial strategy across product lines for all client segments.
This position will have the responsibility to stablish and monitor development of the Market Management strategy, considering:
·Articulate and participate in the scope, definition and implementation of strategies for P&R client segments (ICG, CCB and Citi Business).
·Develop, implement and monitor market data, including management of Industry surveys & ratings.
·Assess competition and participate in strategic definitions for the implementation of all actions related to maintaining current market leader position, customer retention and build solutions to existing and new client segments.
·Develop a rolling multi-year financial plan for all sub-products.
·Increase the share of wallet by identifying the right set of products and services required by existing and new client segments.
·Provides specific product support when needed for all sales, including appropriate product material and updated service profiles.
·Lead pricing definition process for new products & services according to industry standards.
·Actively pursue definition of new business opportunities and new client segments, and assist in building enhanced sales pipeline.
·Analyze revenue realization and identify opportunities to shorten the deal lifecycle.
·Provide input for Product Business Reviews
·Monitor and follow up on key issues identified by clients, country and product partners.
·Prepare business cases and management presentations to ensure buy-in for key projects and initiatives.

Ultimately, based on experience, this role could lead to move into Transactional Services product areas, other sales roles regionally, sales management roles within TTS as well as other client facing organizations such as GSG and banking.
+10 years of product or client facing transactional banking activity. Good knowledge of Payments and Receivables products desirable.
Strong knowledge of the Citi network and capabilities desirable.
Experience with product management, product development and sales
