TTS IBC Operational Risk and Regulatory Program Manager, VP

The Business Risk Officer is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

This position is part of the TTS Global IBC Group responsible for supporting the day-day business execution needs related to the TTS Operational Risk and Controls environment.  The main responsibility is for leading program management activities for operational risk and regulatory projects for TTS global IBC, resulting from regulatory commitments or corrective action plans, required by regulations and defined by new or updated policies & standards. This position will report to the global IBC Operational Risk Head.


  • Overall project management responsibility for portfolio of assigned global projects under the responsibility of TTS Global IBC
  • Oversee program plans and tracking of progress and changes
  • Represent TTS IBC as PMO lead for operational risk and regulatory projects
  • Manage a portfolio of global programs involving multiple countries and products globally.  This includes all typical roles and responsibilities of a project manager: produce and monitor the project statement of work, project plan, plan for required resources and control their application to the project, communicate periodically project progress and deviations to key stake holders
  • Analyzing and providing project management deliverables and other information to support regulatory or audit reviews when applicable
  • Metrics reporting and escalation to the business stakeholders – Country, Regional and Global
  • Provide management reports and metrics to TTS seniors, key stakeholders from TTS, ORM, ICRM, Operations, Risk, etc...
  • Make recommendations for process and solution enhancements to more efficiently meet the needs of the business and provide adequate coverage of risks, including best practices.
  • Promoting consistency and standardization

  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (MBA a plus)
  • PMI/PMP desired (definitely a plus)
  • 4+ years of related experience in project management, process improvement, operations processes and/or business control & compliance functions
  • Risk based thinking and analytical mind set
  • Ability to work effectively and drive results with a virtual global team
  • Ability to influence regional and product managers and partner areas
  • Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects and deliverables
  • Global mindset and proven record of leadership experience in PMO roles and/or operational risk
  • Excellent influential skills
  • The ability to effectively manage and navigate through multi-faceted disciplines throughout the organization
  • Executive presence; ability to have voice heard
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in all aspects of the job and with multiple audiences in mind
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized and efficient at prioritizing tasks.
  • Fast-thinking; able to quickly identify the root of an issue
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and be an advanced user of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Project.
