Due to the COVID-19 situation, this role will temporarily be performed remotely. The successful candidate will train and work from home until such time as it is determined that the role will move back into the Meridian work site full-time.

The Credit Maintenance Specialist is an entry level position responsible for capturing and recording data related to credit exposure, obligors and facilities in relevant credit systems in coordination with the Operations - Services team. The overall objective of this role is to maintain data quality in credit systems, monitor credit exposure and adhere to overall credit policies.


  • Provide assistance to a variety of products / services
  • Assist on assignments of moderate complexity under general supervision
  • Assist on a wide range of specialized administrative/technical tasks
  • Exchange moderately complex information with others
  • Evaluate and select solutions in order to complete limited complexity assignments
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies
  • Demonstrated technical and administrative knowledge
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication as well as listening skills


  • High School diploma or equivalent

About our location: The Boise/Meridian site is a strategic site for Citigroup, with multiple lines of business located on campus.
