  • Given the growth in our Investor client base, SS has introduced a Client-Facing Network Management function. The Client-Facing Network Team is responsible for assisting Citi’s Global Custody clients on all market-related matters, leveraging Citi’s market intelligence and local expertise within the industry’s largest proprietary custodial network. The overall aim is to provide premium service to our top-tier Investor clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with Network Management team, Citi’s proprietary branch’s, agent banks and Global Custody Product partners in addressing client needs
  • Establishing and maintaining a clear knowledge and understanding of the markets offered across all regions
  • Liaison between client and Citi’s branch and Agent network
  • Interfacing directly with Investor Clients
  • Addressing market specific related inquiries on behalf of clients
  • Delivering proactive market information to clients
  • Monitoring major and complex market changes and advising clients of the relevant impact
  • Tailoring sensitive client communications on service and market changes relative to the clients investment activity
  • Internal and external point of escalation to resolve issue within Citi’s network
  • To support all Investor Network Solutions clients based in Asia
  • To support the wider network management initiatives linked to service quality and market advocacy


Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the industry
  • Detailed knowledge of securities services, and particularly Global Custody services
  • Strong ability to work with Partners
  • Experience in a Network or Product Management role is preferable
  • Deep understanding of Investor Client needs
  • High level of personal integrity
  • Thought leadership and ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Propensity for detail and comprehensiveness of content
  • Proven track record of success as a team player
