Description


  • Act as the conduit between Talent & Learning Advisors and internal/ external solutions teams to implement their Talent & Learning needs; responsible for the smooth and effective delivery and implementation of multiple regional talent and learning programs to achieve client outcomes, within time and budget scope 
  • Responsible for the performance, development and engagement of the Implementation Specialist team members
  • Perform capacity planning and management of workload across the team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all colleagues and stakeholders, including Talent and Learning Advisory team, country business training teams, regional and global partners
  • Support the Talent & Learning Advisory team on Talent/ High Potential program administration, including program marketing, nominations process, interview and assessment scheduling, maintaining the alumni database and talent program mobility matrix
  • Support the Talent & Learning Advisory team in the Talent Review process, including collating regional/ country Talent Books
  • Collaborate with in-country partners to ensure consistency of program management approach and learner and vendor experience
  • Manage in-take and governance of instructor-led training programs, including budgeting, coordinating of training venues, technical equipment, support/facilities, catering, travel arrangements, and identifying and booking faculty (internal and external), other logistics and communications and coordinate with Talent & Learning Shared Services for deployment support
  • Manage the learning event and vendor relationship: tending to the practical aspects of space, contracts, calendaring, technology and materials
  • Review the training nomination/registration process and tracking registration trends; support the Talent & Learning Advisors with recommendations on the learning programs to meet business initiatives and priorities
  • Be the learner point of contact for enquiries, monitoring pre-requisites, providing necessary travel documents (including Introduction and Visa letter) and providing post-program support
  • Create training dashboards to inform and support stakeholders’ decision making, and guide learner activity; collate program evaluation data and carry out first level analysis
  • Facilitate set-up and provide support for virtual instructor-led and online training including conversion and uploading of online training in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Build and maintain strong partnership with Talent & Learning Shared Services Learning Operations; ensure LMS reflects course availability and learner records are updated in LMS
  • Partner closely with Global Events Marketing team for execution of large scale events
  • Manage internal SharePoint and Collaborate sites
  • Preparation of communications and presentation material for Talent & Learning Advisors
  • Participate in ad hoc global/regional projects as required
  • Act as project manager for process improvement projects


Qualifications


  • Strong management, leadership, coaching and mentoring experience; experience in coaching teams and individuals to high performance
  • Ability to prioritize multiple complex projects and adapt to rapidly evolving and changing priorities; displaying resilience and flexibility
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management in a professional and positive manner­
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, project management and process management skills
  • Displays initiative, with a strong desire to learn the business and stay up to date with developments in areas of expertise, as well as external industry developments
  • Resourceful, able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office products; highly skilled in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions)
  • Learning Management System experience a plus
  • Collaboration and e-learning tools experience a plus
