The position requires a highly organized  individual who has strong attention to detail.  This person will work independently with limited supervision. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for regular status reports and presentations associated with programs/projects outlined below. He/she should have excellent interpersonal skills and work constructively with people across various functional departments and geographies to facilitate project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) HR Head with various requests and key initiatives throughout the year
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and create presentation materials and decks as needed 
  • Maintain awareness of upcoming HR activities and deadlines, also leverage information for monthly HR updates that are shared with the TTS leadership team
  • Cascade important information to the TTS HR team in a timely fashion and provide updates during team meetings
  • Attend meetings independently, representing the interests of TTS HR
  • Act as a point of contact for HR team and the business regarding TTS data requests and information regarding HR initiatives, such as the TTS ExCo Sponsorship Program
  • Coordinate the HR teams’ redundancy requests; ensuring connectivity with HRAs, finance and ICG HR
  • Support TTS HR head and TTS Head, during year-end, by supporting with checking covered employee write-ups are completed as required in the CART tool
  • Coordinate the quarterly TTS new hire induction program and the quarterly TTS recognition awards program
  • Coordinate the Global TTS MD and Director Promotions process; Produce the TTS calendar in alignment to the ICG promotion timeline, ensure promotion nominations and feedback is in the system, prepare the candidate pack for the Global TTS ExCo promotion discussions
  • Talent: assist TTS HR Head in pulling together the global TTS talent book, checking talent designations are in the system and capturing any talent actions during the global talent review meetings
  • Performance Management: regularly check performance evaluation statuses during the mid-year and year-end process
  • Generate employee engagement (Voice of the employee ‘VOE’) survey results using and analyze key findings and trends
  • Ensure connectivity of programs and initiatives with TTS HR team and COE partners, for initiatives such as One Young World, VP Development Program, etc.
  • Collaborate with ICG HR team to understand current processes and potential areas for improvement to streamline processes and leverage best practices across the organization

Analytics, Risk and Control

  • Provide strategic Human Capital insights and analytics for the HR Head and the business, regularly and ad hoc requests
  • Utilize Citi’s analytical tools to evaluate data trends
  • Leverage data from systems to help guide decision making and give insight during different HR activities, i.e. promotions, talent reviews, etc.
  • Work with TTS COO office to ensure that job code changes are being made accordingly, in relation to the consent order
  • Regular checking of redundancy tracking system to ensure that case statuses are up to date
  • Ensure due diligence takes place at all times, especially when checking for promotion eligibility, talent program eligibility, etc.


  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience working on large scale projects and facilitating large change initiatives,
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities and risks and put forward proposals for improvement
  • Experience maintaining and analyzing large volumes of data; Proficiency in excel  and powerpoint required, advanced skills in both preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills; able to effectively communicate across all levels of leadership and functional areas
  • Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and prepared to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong team player with ability to collaborate with diverse teams comprised of many backgrounds, perspectives and skill sets
  • Flexible and highly adaptable to change
  • Highly organized and has the ability to plan ahead
