Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support the talent acquisition team on early careers operations, regional and global projects that are being implemented or monitored.
(These could include new policy implementation, process improvement, technology projects, risk and compliance activities, reporting and analytics, finance and procurement)
Data assignments
- Undertake data assignments: information gathering, data analysis, scenario modeling, quality checking, auditing, warehousing, governance, extraction & migration.
- Prepare reports from key recruitment systems; manipulate and analyse data to demonstrate operational effectiveness and need for process improvement
- Assist with automation of regular reports for the business using BI, Excel or other tools
- Maintain a clear understanding of GDPR and compliance issues associated with sensitive data
- Manipulation of queries and reports providing enhanced visualization support to provide an engaging insight into data
- Ensure and improve upon the distribution of recruitment information across the region, providing regional and cross business oversight
Project support
- Provide financial analysis and budget management support for the regional team
- Develop project plans (as requested); monitor and track progress of the execution and implementation of projects within the global and regional resourcing strategy
- Prepare communication updates to stakeholders and colleagues for various initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and functions aligned to the end to end process of recruitment to resolve operational issues and implement recruitment projects, e.g. ESC, HRSS, Finance, HRP
Wider activities
- Support Diversity and learning activities
- Contribute to the proactive culture within the team and identify opportunities for process improvement wherever possible
- Support the procurement, third party and invoicing processes of vendor and talent acquisition costs across the region in collaboration with finance
- Work with our global teams on regional system implementations, requirements, and enhancements
- Support the risk and controls agenda, strengthen a culture of risk awareness, monitor corrective action plans, co-ordinate required sample testing and relevant reporting
Person Specification
Knowledge / Experience
Analysts will be able to demonstrate several (but not all) of the below skills and experience criteria:
- Previous experience could be from finance, operations, HR or technology teams
- Experience supporting early careers operations
- Experience of using and managing third party systems, including applicant tracking systems (e.g. Avature/Workday)
- Advanced Excel /SQL and Microsoft office skills
- Master data manipulation, database and 3rd party vendor experience
- Relationship management experience and ability to interact with various stakeholders across different geographies and respond rapidly to urgent requests to fulfil business needs
- Strong ability to make data understandable and useful for stakeholders by displaying data in interesting and engaging ways.
- Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies
- Experience of managing budgets or financial analysis
Qualifications:
- Preferably educated to degree level but not essential if balanced with relevant experience
