Senior Technical Product Manger will be responsible for responsible for the development of product plans and strategies while executing and delivering new products features and user experiences to our clients and business users.
You will be responsible for enabling cross product eco-system and user experience between Mission Control, Investigative UI, UNO, Metro & Tableau Reporting within the Markets Business Controls Technology. You will oversee and manage the User Experience teams and Products teams for all the products in our portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day product management for our core products and platforms such as product delivery, user experience, stakeholder communication and strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
- Coordinate with cross functional teams such as Engineering, Business & Project Management to develop and execute on the product strategy and projects leveraging Agile methodologies
- Bring relevant competitive & industry perspectives, insights and ideas to inform strategic roadmap. Create multiyear roadmaps for continued growth for key strategic capabilities.
- Ensure a clear and comprehensive communication of product-related plans and progress across all stakeholders.
- Establish key performance indicators to track and evaluate product performance.
- Manage product-related risks and issues, providing effective solutions as necessary.
- Lead innovation by working with Engineering and keeping up with the latest digital technologies like Gen AI in the industry
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for product growth.
- Regularly review and prioritize the product portfolio based on business and user impact.
Qualifications:
- Extensive Technical Product Management or relevant experience in a similar role
- Broad and diverse function experience in Markets, trade surveillance, product development and data analytics
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and agile environment while having fun
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, specialized analytics or related discipline or relevant experience operating in a similar role
