The Data and Sales Core products management is looking to hire an experienced Sales Core Platforms Product Manager to drive the delivery of Rates and Currencies Sales platforms. This role will sit within Global Core Products team, reporting to the Global Head of Data and Sales Core products, and will involve very close collaboration with Global Sales Teams and Business Management as well as our colleagues in Markets Technology.

The role will focus on managing our Sales trade capture platforms as well as expanding the CRM features empowering Sales with necessary tools and information. This will include architecting and implementing new workflows for trade capturing in onshore countries, complying with the specific local regulations, working in close partnership with transformation teams assuring additional features for monitoring and compliance are addressed, working with Sales, Technologists, Data Engineers and Designers on new UX solutions enhancing Sales experience and their access to relevant data and analytics.

An additional key responsibility for this hire will be to work with Core Data team in planning their team’s output and ensuring that delivery is aligned with associated tasks being undertaken by teams in Technology. 

The role will require specific, domain level experience within fx workflow as well as UX design and navigation experience, a strong business analysis and/or project management background, and very strong interpersonal skills.

The Sales Core Platforms Product Manager is a senior position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business needs in order to drive business planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and technical leadership on complex, high-impact projects and in all phases of the development and implementation process, ensuring essential procedures are followed
  • Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations and contribute to formulation of standards and strategies for own area and other functional areas
  • Resolve issues that have impact beyond own area and apply in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas
  • Work as a team to achieve objectives and negotiate with internal and external parties

Qualifications:

  • Extensive relevant experience
  • Demonstrated technical skills (preferred Java/ SQL/HTML)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
  • Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
