Executive Assistant coverage to the Head of Southern Europe plus 2 Directors, 2 VPs and 4 Associates and 3 Analsysts (as required).
Team member within Capital Markets Origination
To provide secretarial support to include:
•Arranging complex travel for team members with detailed itineraries, including Visas •Diary management •Organisation of internal and external meetings and tele/video conference calls •Complete expense reports (knowledge of Concur essential) •Phone and email coverage •Holiday/sickness cover for the Team •Screening e-mails and drafting responses where appropriate •Working with confidential information •Handling sensitive company and employee information such as employee personal details •Help with Powerpoint presentations when necessary •Arrange couriers •Photocopy and fax material •Assist with Ad hoc reports and special projects

•‘A’ level candidate or equivalent •Secretarial qualification is desirable
•Desktop skills (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook) •50 - 60 wpm typing and a good eye for detail, grammar and spelling. •Concur essential •Strong interpersonal and relationship building, communication and influencing skills •Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure •Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint •Good keyboard skills and typing •Ability to learn numerous additional internal applications •Planning and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise •Ability to work independently under general instructions
