  • Directly support the Country Business Manager/ CEO with administrative tasks
  • Manages day to day calendar(s) of senior management, arranging meeting with the right audience, and securing rooms
  • Demonstrate strong work ethics in everyday engagement
  • Coordinates all aspects of CEO’s appointments, receptions and conference calls
  • Assist Chief of Staff in collating meeting materials and correspondence for meetings, organise events and Townhalls
  • Assist Chief of Staff with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
  • Assist with taking minutes of the meetings as and when required
  • Support with Sharepoint management for the senior leadership
  • Support as a change champion for the business helping with managing lockers, building refurbishment related discussions, desk allocations and communications
  • Coordinate on travel arrangements for the senior management; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel
  • Process and follow-up on Virtual and Technology Requests
  • Demonstrated strong work ethics with appropriate levels of confidentiality
  • Assist with communication dissimilation and intranet-site management
  • Coordinate alongside onboarding team and new starters
  • Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports through Travel and Entertainment Expense system
  • Orders supplies and process invoices through Procure to Pay system
  • Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as and when needed
  • Trains, coaches or guides other administrative staff when required
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications - Required:

  • Previous office administration experience preferably within a large and complex financial service or similar organizations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to organize events and townhalls, quickly gain command of new systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team Player 
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented


  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
