Citi is looking for talented students or recent graduates to due their Internship in CITI Service Center with background in IT, Finance, accounting, Economics , Industrial Engineering and Business Administration. , which will give you the opportunity to learn and build a career in the banking business while improving your quantitative and analytical skills by tackling challenges in a dynamic environment. By getting hands-on experience and working under a financial analyst and different sector and teams, you will be able to understand and follow financial trends.

Your time here will look something like this...
Our program begins in June with a range of different sessions providing an overview of Citi so you can learn about various divisions of the bank and gain insight into the working environment and understanding of the culture of the business.
As a student you will also receive real-world work and will be expected to add value to the team so you can develop skills required to interact with senior management and staff (for example: managers, senior associates and office staff) in a professional manner.

At the end of your first six months, you will be offered to present your accomplishments and lessons learned to the FP&A Senior Lead team so you can eventually be considered for an entry level financial analyst role if required by the unit.

Your participation in this period will allow you to explore different work environments and organizational cultures, learn to interact with diverse personalities, and assist in determining if you are well suited with the skills needed in this field.
In addition, you will be developing the ability to identify and evaluate key elements of multiple dimensions and perspectives affecting performance. In time, you will improve your understanding of the interrelatedness of all these aspects to provide a high-end quantitative/qualitative analysis

We want to hear from you if...
You are in your last year of your Bachelor´s degree or Initiating your Licenciatura.
It is preferred you are fully bilingual (English-Spanish) and have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) at all organizational levels. Portuguese is a plus.

Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of banking and financial analysis

Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
