The Product Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for managing a broad range of Product Management employees, setting strategy and providing direction, leadership and budgetary management, etc. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics while coordinating product lines through product life-cycles in coordination with the broader Product Management team. The position is responsible to work strategically with Citibank Insurance Partners to grow the Bancaassurance business in the Bank. It includes driving new business and cross-sell opportunity to all customers segment via face to face, Telemarketing and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new Insurance Partner and tactical product
  • Oversee strategic program roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from Insurance product
  • Develop sales processes, marketing collaterals and tools
  • Drive recognition and client campaigns
  • Identify and develop new tactical initiatives
  • Manage and coordinate marketing activities, trainings, certifications with Insurance Partners for front-liners
  • Manage daily sales operation and reporting
  • Manage and monitor customer escalations i.e. servicing/enquiries/complaints
  • Engage with local and regional stakeholders including Compliance, Legal to ensure business is adhering to regulatory requirements and regional compliance
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Financial Industry
  • Preferably Product Management experience or relevant exposure in the Insurance business
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
