Securities & Derivatives Senior Manager, Agency & Trust - Vice President

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Manage the Agency & Trust (“A&T”) Operational model for APAC

• Establish the compliance and control framework

• Oversight dedicated A&T Ops sites in APAC

• Execute the Global/Regional strategies and policies

• Accountable for the regional expenses budget and the staff development

• Work closely with Global counterparts to align system enhancement and process re-engineering

• Partner with Country Ops to deliver seamless A&T Ops locally or centrally

• Implement an auditable prevention control through ORI, MCA, Near Miss and iCAP

• Coordinate with A&T management to develop new products

• Client facing meeting and relationship building

Minimum Experience

• At least over 12 year A&T experience
