The Credit Portfolio Analyst II is an intermediate-level position responsible for conducting credit reviews, credit approval and monitoring the portfolio to identify credit migration in coordination with the Risk Management team. The overall objective of this role is to manage Citi's portfolio exposure to clients and counterparties globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare regular portfolio quality MIS & regulatory reporting with key commentary on portfolio trend highlights and key initiatives
  • Perform regular monitoring & validation on the performance of the unsecured lending portfolios
  • Support Regional Projects (e.g. Project Transformation)
  • Conduct portfolio and collection management actions, such as line management, account renewal, authorization, early warning alerts, stress test and loan loss forecast 
  • Conduct analysis to fine-tune the acquisition / portfolio management strategies in order to optimize risk & reward trade-off
  • Perform control programs to ensure relevant credit processes are in compliance with regulatory and group requirements
  • Participate in various business, risk & system projects with close collaboration with other functions such as Product, Credit Operations, Technology, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of portfolio risk management experience in Cards and Unsecured Lending Products
  • Experience in credit scorecard and decision engine management
  • Highly numerate, good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others with leadership potential
  • Sound knowledge in SAS programming, data mining and MS word / excel / access / power-point is a must
  • Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation and business acumen

Education:

  • Bachelor or post-graduate degree in Business or other related quantitative disciplines
