District Insurance Specialist (Team Lead)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Insurance Specialists in referral making and cross-selling insurance products
  • Manage team’s overall performance and quality to meet the business target
  • Enhance the team’s selling and servicing skills through training, coaching and case sharing
  • Ensure the team to fully comply with the regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures
  • Work closely with marketing and other support departments on strategies, plans and related procedures and processes to achieve revenue, product penetration and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage the overall insurance sales figure preparation and analytics, provide sales strategies with senior management for business planning

Qualifications:

  • University graduate
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience on insurance selling and leading insurance sales team
  • Licensing qualifications – Licensed in HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and 5
  • Certified Retail Wealth Professional (CRWP) is preferred
  • Sound knowledge of insurance industry and products
  • Aggressive and result-oriented
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of applyMicrosoft office e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint is a must
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
