A Citigold customer is a customer who maintains an average account balance in excess of HKD 1,500,000, via deposits, savings or investments through Citibank.

Your Opportunity

To work with both the Acquisition Head and Branch Banking Staff to identify and acquire Citigold new-to-bank customers, as well as upgrading existing Citi Priority customers to Citigold.

Your responsibilities:
• Identify and solicit new Citigold customers by responding to internal referrals, pro-active business development, and spearheading of marketing events.
• Completing details for originated accounts and assisting in client onboarding.
• Working with cross-functional teams to identify new initiatives and products that will help acquire new customers
• Keeping abreast of current economic trends and capital markets in order to have meaningful discussions with prospects and optimise acquisition effectiveness
• Deliver consistent and best-in-class customer service
• Meet the compliance and controls standards set by the Citigroup

Your experience
• 2 years’ experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Previous experience of acquiring high-net-worth clients (Priority Banking / SME Banking) or prior experience in investment products will be preferred but is not essential.
• Tertiary degree or equivalent.
