We are excited to launch Return to Work Program in Hong Kong this year!
Return to Work is a supportive talent initiative that is designed to help candidates transition from a professional hiatus into a career within financial services. Returning professionals represent a rich talent pool that can help overcome skills gaps and enhance generational inclusion.
We provide a 3-month structured program for returning professionals to develop their careers while gaining access to:
Orientation
Onboarding Sessions
Training and Development Opportunities
Peer Support Group
Successful applicants will be offered full-time employment with Citi with probation.
